The opportunity.
Every week, this brand drops new product. Every drop has to hit the site, the inbox and the socials at the same moment: collections built, product live, EDM out, banners right and codes working. This role owns making all of that happen, on time, every time.
ETISK is working with a growing Australian ecommerce fashion brand selling direct to a fiercely loyal customer base on Shopify. This financial year is set to be its biggest yet. The business is launching new brands, has appointed a new performance marketing agency, and has rebuilt the marketing team over the past year under a highly regarded manager. This role sits at the centre of the online operation.
In one sentence: you run the trading calendar. Every launch, sale and campaign flows through you, from product selection and content briefs to discount codes, Klaviyo sends, site merchandising, agency coordination and operational handover.
What you’ll own.
- Run the ecommerce trading and campaign calendar across weekly new releases, sales, seasonal moments and major trading events.
- Manage the EDM process end to end, including product selection, loading, testing and sending through Klaviyo to a database of 400,000.
- Own onsite merchandising, keeping the homepage and collection pages sharp, in stock and converting.
- Create and manage discount codes and promotional setup across the site.
- Brief and coordinate content, the merchandise planner, warehouse, store and performance marketing agency.
- Report on campaign, product and site performance, identifying what to improve for the next drop.
What you’ll bring.
- A few years of experience in ecommerce or ecommerce marketing.
- Hands-on experience using Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Experience working across EDMs, onsite merchandising and campaign or trading calendars.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, including catching issues before campaigns go live.
- The ability to coordinate multiple teams, keep people aligned and follow through without damaging relationships.
- A practical, hands-on approach and genuine energy for launch days and measurable commercial outcomes.
Why consider it.
- The impact is immediate and measurable. What you send and merchandise moves real revenue the same day, and you’ll see it in the numbers.
- The business is lean and flat, the founder knows everyone by name, and good ideas get heard no matter whose they are.
- You won’t be one cog in a large ecommerce team. You’ll be the person who runs the engine at the centre of the online operation.
- You do not need to be an email specialist or media buyer: the templates are built and paid strategy is handled. Your strength is pulling the moving parts together.
