Overview
This is your chance to take the creative direction of a premium fashion brand and turn it into content that actually moves the numbers. From shaping shoots to running the set, then rolling out content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and EDMs, you’ll be the person making sure the storytelling is tight, the tone is right, and the execution lands.
It’s social-first, but not just posting for the sake of it. The sweet spot here is UGC-style content that feels premium, drives engagement and acquisition, and keeps the brand front of mind. Paid media is handled externally, so your lane is brand social, content, and storytelling at pace.
What you’ll be doing:
- Turn creative direction into execution: concept docs, mood boards, casting, crew bookings, travel, on-set coordination, budgets and handovers.
- Own the social strategy and day-to-day: plan, create, schedule and publish across IG, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn, aligned to seasonal campaigns.
- Capture and ship UGC-style content: lo-fi, quick and authentic stories from shoots, stores and HQ that still feel premium.
- Roll out GTM creative: wireframe weekly content, build and schedule EDMs, place ecommerce and in-store assets, keep everything consistent and on time.
- Guard the tone of voice: make sure copy and creative feel joined-up across every touchpoint.
- Keep the site fresh: rotate campaign and ecommerce assets, refine product copy, sense-check creative fit.
- Read the signals: share weekly insights on what’s working across socials and EDMs, and feed it into the next drop.
- Partner with the paid agency: supply fit-for-purpose assets and align on content inputs without bottlenecks.
What we’re looking for:
- Social-first operator who can both plan and make – confident with content calendars, shooting, editing and posting daily.
- Proven UGC instincts – knows how to capture lo-fi content that performs without losing the luxury edge.
- Organised under pressure – clean logistics, budgets, asset management and handovers.
- Commercially sharp – understands acquisition, engagement and conversion, and how content supports them.
- Cultural lift – someone who brings energy, rallies teams to contribute, and keeps momentum high.
- Comfortable with the tools – scheduling platforms, Adobe or mobile editing apps, and ecommerce publishing basics.
- Bonus if you’ve coordinated shoots or worked with agencies before.
Ways of working:
They are flexible and this is a hybrid role. It will be mostly in-office during ramp-up and peaks though. 4 days may be considered if you are looking for part time or reduced hours.
